How do I register my restaurant on the platform?+
Fill out the partner application form on our website. After approval, we will guide you through setup and onboarding.
Can I update my menu after registration?+
Yes, you can update your menu, pricing, and availability anytime via the restaurant dashboard.
How do I handle customer complaints?+
We mediate all complaints through our support system, so you can focus on your food. We will notify you of any actionable issues.
What devices do I need to receive orders?+
You can use a smartphone, tablet, or any web-enabled device to manage orders through our dashboard or app.
How are earnings paid out?+
Restaurant earnings are paid weekly via bank transfer. You can track payouts and order volume in your dashboard.

How do I sign up to deliver?+
Fill out the courier application form, upload your documents, and once approved, you will receive access to the courier app.
What vehicle types are allowed?+
You can deliver with a car, bike, or scooter. Minimum age and licensing requirements apply depending on your city.
How do I receive orders?+
When a nearby order is available, you will get a push notification. Tap to accept and follow the in-app directions.
When do I get paid?+
Courier payments are processed every week. You can view your earnings and payout schedule in the app.
Can I work part-time?+
Yes. You choose your hours and can go online or offline at any time.

How do I reset my password?+
Go to the login screen, tap 'Forgot password', and follow the email instructions to reset it.
Can I change my delivery address?+
You can change your address before placing an order. Once the order is out for delivery, changes are not allowed.
Where can I see my order status?+
Open the app and go to 'Orders' to track real-time delivery progress, from restaurant confirmation to courier arrival.
Can I pay with cash?+
We currently support only digital payments (credit/debit card, mobile wallets).
What if my food is cold or delayed?+
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please report it through the order support feature and we will follow up immediately.
